Has anyone ever gotten a LOC on a new vehicle? My wife and I bought a new mini van all cash and I am wanting to put a LoC on it. I know the LOC is higher interest rate than if I were to just finance it but I really don't want a permanent monthly payment. I will use the LOC for BRRRR Thanks!

I have found a couple good ones lately in Moore on the MLS. I just picked up a 2 bedroom with a 30% COC return. Let me know if you want to talk more about what I'm doing! Happy to help!

We have been doing pretty well so far in our buy and hold business and my wife is interested in starting a business selling LuLaRue, a clothing business. It have the same format as Avon, Monat etc. where the owner is selling and promoting goods to mostly their friends and social media followers. My concern is that it is a $7,000 upfront investment and not even half of it is in sellable inventory. The margins are over 50% which is good but I am a little apprehensive to dive in. Anyone have experience with these kinds of business models?

Does anyone recommend a specific bank in the OKC area for LOC on investment properties? I have a couple homes that I own free and clear and would like to get a line of credit on. Thanks in advance- J

I am learning the hard way that this time of the year is hard. But, thanks for the tip on the junk mail. I have sent an application out last night and after I read this I text them and told them to check their Junk Mail. Sure enough, there it was! Application submitted. Thanks for the feedback everyone
