For sure, THANKS! O yes, I am ALL IN! Ill be repeating and adding to the mail list every 4 weeks.

As for the post card: Do I keep it shorter, do I send the same message? Ill definitely try to keyword a multiple of absentee postcard phrases together and see if I get some solid results. THANKS for anything you offer. With so much info being absorbed, some things seem GIANT!

Ive been reading up too much I think regarding whether or not I should use postcards or yellow letters for my Absentee Owners lists. I think I am just over thinking and overwhelmed at this point. Any suggestions/keywords for searches because I'm coming up with nothing direct... and maybe that's my answer???

Also, I know I've read up on blogs and heard in podcast about being sensitive for mailing to those who may have had a loss recently, ANY SUGGESTIONS for KEYWORDS that can help me trigger some good articles for a newbie as I push my first campaign out??

Thanks!!

Post: Equity($) question for owner-occupied list source list

Sorry, I knew I should been specific and typed that out but initially I truly meant to ask if I should be  selecting $30,000-$50,000 of equity as well as the 20-50% Equity I am choosing??

And I am actually going counties for the owner occupied haha, Im going as big as I can within reason and my ability to handle the letters.

I am doing Owner Occupied and Absentee as separate list/campaigns for my own choosing. Think that is Ok, Ill be starting out w my D4D(goal is 200 this month), Absentee(150-200), and Owner Owner Occupied(250-400) as I continue to gain greater knowledge in these and expand my abilities and team. Obviously I have my small network of possible beginner  investors, partners(couple in the game), realtors and fortunately some dependable contractors/handymen if a fix n flip comes but that's not in my 'near future' goal, and I do have access to a Tax man and solid RE Atty which is great. But besides the point, IM NEW!!!!  I literally am super NEW! And Im spending almost every waking minute thinking, researching, reading or listening to a book, article, notes or podcast about real estate. Im trying. Its just me and my hand written letters or soon to be post cards too. Thanks for being kind and generous and listening to me talk a bit. I appreciate it.

Quick question...I am setting my criteria for my owner occupied list and Im under Property: Equity ($); should this # be on the side of + $30-50k or is there a number I should shoot for/no preference??

For the Equity% I placed it at 21-50%. Do people think that is ok or appropriate?

This may be silly too, but Once I do my research and it comes out correct, I do want to send my letters to the Grantee right?? They are the person(s) in present ownership of the home, correct?

thank you so much! Some of this information I've seen on other feeds as well, but as a newbie I've been reading and writing so much it blends into 1. I'll definitely focus on the Tax assessors site and go from there. Thanks again.

I am new REI but I am working HARD! So, Ive been putting together lists through driving 4 dollars and other tactics, and I have several addresses prepared to research before I start writing my letters. BUT I am having trouble finding the names of the OWNERS of these homes. I have looked to netronline.com but I just do not understand what I am seeing yet. Can anyone offer up any tips for me?

Again, to be clear, I am looking for names to go with these addresses for my yellow letters for my first mkting campaign and in need of some understanding.

Thanks so much and I appreciate any feedback, the time and generosity for those who take a minute out of their day to read and comment.

THANKS!!
