Hi Minh! Thanks for the reply.

I'm looking into long term holds in Stanislaus County, so I wanted to connect with anyone in the area that's actively working the market.

What type of properties are you currently investing in?

Hello. I'm looking for anyone investing in the Modesto, CA and/or San Josel.

Anyone out there working either of these markets?

Hello all. I'm looking to start a more serious networking group for investors in the St. Louis Metro East area, specifically looking for anyone investing or looking to invest in the Madison County area. I'm aware of the MERIA based out of Collinsville, but I'm looking to form a new group with a different vision, and less St. Clair County focused.

If you're interested, let me know.

Thanks!

@Bob Hines @Rick L. @Ryan Dossey @Dan Heymann

Hey guys. Sorry I didn't get a chance to track you down at the SSIC meeting. Struck up a conversation with someone right after I got there, and before I knew it, the meeting had started. Were you guys able to meet up?

@Phillip Vincent are you one of the organizers at the SSIC meeting?

Sounds good to me. I should be there right around 6, maybe a few minutes after.

@Dev Horn How often would you mail to the list? I was planning on once a month, but I heard on a recent BP podcast someone mention only hitting each lead once every 3 months. What do you suggest?

@Ryan Dossey I'm focused on Madison County Illinois. I'm based out of Edwardsville and my main areas of focus are Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, and Collinsville, also doing a little bit in Alton and Troy, IL. Let me know if you decide to come out to the SSIC meeting this coming week. I'll be there and can meet up with you when you get there so you're not going into it solo. I think it's $10 for visitors to get in, but they supply free soda and pizza, so if nothing else, you get some food out of the deal. lol

Welcome Ryan! As @Matt Inman suggested, check out the SouthSide Investors Club. Great group of people to surround yourself with. Investors, hard money lenders, agents, title company reps, lawyers, it's all there! They meet the second Thursday of every month. Next meeting is this coming up this Thursday. I actually invest in Illinois, but still drive over every month to hang out with like minded, investment thinking people. The focus of this month's meeting is Repair Costs. How to analyze what you need done and what it would cost for all the various issues you're most likely going to run into.

Just Google 'SouthSide Investors Club St. Louis' and it will link you to their info.
