Hello BP , We have a rental portfolio for sale located in West Point Gardens area off of HWY 90 just southwest of loop 410 in San Antonio Texas.

23 properties only 2 of which are vacant
Very nice homes on good sized lots built in 2009
PM me for rent rolls , portfolio price , ARV

Anybody buy portfolios of that size?

Hello BP Ive recently come into a huge investment opportunity through my networking endeavors . The only catch is it is a real estate deal , it is a oil investment deal . I am  looking for anyone that is interested in investing outside of real estate but thought I would start looking here since this deal fell in my lap through my real estate contacts. It got over saturated with wholesalers yes, but it found a lane because it was a service to investors that didn’t want to take the time to find a deal themselves. It became a lane because investors were willing to pay the cost of the deal even if they knew this “wholesaler” tacked on a couple G’s the deal still made sense.I just hope anyone that talks negatively about wholesalers has never bought a deal from one lol !

Hello fellow BP members! I have a couple of vacant house leads(2 of which I think are extremely hot) on my desk and I’ve searched for the owner of the properties on the county website so I know who owns them but I’d love to be able to get them on the phone. Any ideas on ways that I could get these persons phone numbers in my hands ? Thanks !

Hello fellow BP members! I'm a wholesaler who just ran across a potential deal but the house has extensive fire damage and since I have only 2 deals under my belt I am hesitant to tackle the deal because I am worried I won't be able to sell even if I get the property deeply discounted ! Any thoughts or opinions will be greatly appreciated!

Hello fellow BP members I am a wholesaler that operates Texas with 2 deals under my belt . I have a potential deal in which the property has extensive fire damage I know can get it at a low enough price but will the fire damage scare away potential buyers/investors?? Any help is greatly appreciated !
