Hello all,

My tenant informed me on rent due day on 5/5 that they will be one week late due to Covi19. We both agreed for 5/12 Payment. I also waved the $50 late fee which they were greatly appreciated.

Today is 5/12 and I haven't heard from them. Should I call them to follow up or just send them Notice to Pay Rent or Quit?  I appreciate all your feedbacks.

Thanks for your quick response.

Hi David,

Thanks for the info. I owned two family house in NYC which I'm living in one unit and rented other unit. I'm afraid that my tenant may not pay rent for the coming months. I'm I qualify to apply for this loan? Thank you for your feedback.

My tenants are currently on month to month lease since December 2019. I promised them if they pay the rent on time for 3 to 5 months, I will give them one year lease. They have been paying on time and being a good tenants. I sent them email last month that on April 1, I will extend their lease for one year.

I'm afraid now to give them one year lease because of the coronavirus. The company I work for just closed and we dont know when we will reopen. Should I still give them one year as I promised? So far they have not reach out to say anything. Thank you for your feedback.

I'm looking to buy and hold in Philadelphia area. I want to use Lisa Phillips for mentoring and coaching. I have been listening to for sometime now and she seems really knowledgeable and I like her. Anyone used her before and what was the experience? Thank you.
