@Robert Ellis @Richelle T. I actually attended my first COREE event last night as a guest. I can definitely see where this group could be of great value to a new or seasoned investor. Im not sure if you were at last nights meeting, but the main guest did not provide much value in his speech.. It was a lawyer going much to in depth about tracking down people in foreclosure and that was essentially the whole hour and a half. I have heard from a few people that the presentations are usually great though, so I'm definitely considering the membership.

My name is Jay Azeltine. Im 22 years old and recently decided to leave The Ohio State University and pursue my goals in real estate. College was great, but it wasn't getting me any closer to achieving my goals. I recently became a licensed real estate agent and am looking to acquire my first investment property within the month. Mentors have played such a key role in my life thus far, so I'm certain that with the right mentors I can achieve great things in the world of real estate investing. 

If you're a seasoned investor in the area please let me know. I would love to take you to lunch and pick your brain.
