Noobdog1, Dcg123,

Thanks for all the input guys. I’m making a list of question to ask these people this week. Can you think of any question that would be worth asking?

Dcg123 – I have both of your question down.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi everyone,

Today, I decided to start looking at a few local real-estate schools and would like to get some feedback in regards to this school. I’m sure most of you don’t live in Florida, but if you could just take a few minutes to check out their credentials and let me know what you think of them I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Jason.

((I’m going for my real-estate license and then advance up to my broker’s license.))

Excellent, well I hope 2006 tax returns can buy you another home!

Congratulations Ryan.

Anyone else?

Reign,

I live in Melbourne, Fl. just moved here recently I was raised in Northern Fl, (Lake City) to be exact.

As far as money goes, I have quite a bit saved up, I have been in the investment realm, since I was at 16 my grandfather started teach me the fundamentals of investing and I haven’t stopped since then.

I would like to dedicate this post to “What type of business backs your real-estate deals

What type of business do you own?

What made you chose that business?

and finally:

Who or What helped you decided to reinvest your gains from your business into real-estate.

Post: Changing Professions, help please.

I’m not over analytics as most engineer but I do have my fall backs when it comes to (Perfection) I’m a huge perfectionist, but I know where you’re coming from. I’ll keep that in mind.

Noobdog1,

I approach each day with the best attitude, however when working nearly 70 hours a week, let me tell you it becomes quite a constraint.

As far as a family to support, no, I’m a twenty three years old with no wife Nor kids. I only have a few years experience in the engineering field. I could venture off and start my own “Engineering Firm” I have a few friends that are top notch engineers in the aviation industry that are looking to venture off, but they don’t have any products in mine nor do I. Not to mention they signed a non-compete agreement for two years with their company, so designing any type of equipment for the aviation department would be out of the question.

I have read rich dad poor dad, that is more of a motivational book than anything.(Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed it book.) I attend a few entrepreneur forums, such as www.younggogettter.com, great site, being an entrepreneur has been a passion of mine for quite a while; however I just haven’t decided upon a field to embark on.

I was only considering becoming a real-estate agent to step up through the ranks to obtain as much knowledge as possible, in hopes of one day investing into Commercial Real-estate without going face first.

I figured I could keep my current position, work par-time as a real-estate agents then go for my broker’s license, browse around the commercial industry for a while and then start investing into commercial real-estate.

I’m just playing with some ideas, any advice is much appreciated.

Post: How did you pick your company's name?

My suggestion to you would be go with a name that someone will never forget. So when that person recommends you to another potential buyer the will not be standing around saying...uhhhh, uhhhh, one sec I'll think of it.

Whatever name you decided upon, let it fit into each one of these categories.

1.) COOL - Cool is contagious

2.)EFFECTIVE - No one would have heard of TiVo if it didn't effortlessly record the television shows you wanted.

3.)DISTINCTIVE - A contagious name is easy to notice and adverises itself

4.)DISRUPTIVE - Contagious names are disruptive. (They will never forget)

5.)DEEP - Have emotional meaning to your name

6.)SUPPORTED - Providing exemplary service makes a name or service contagious.

lol, the more I go on the more is sounds like a diseases. But that's what you want, a name no one will ever forget. Don't be another (blah group or blah real-estate) Be Unique.

Just my 22 cents :)

noobdog1,

What type of corporation do you run?

Also, do you purchase real-estate through your gains from the corporation, if so could you provide some knowledge on how that works?
