@Umar Awan, I have been struggling really to get any list I just discovered it was a list to do all this.

And I can't afford a ”list source” at this time.

I just found a mailman who's providing a list of none mailing address.

I have been driving around not using a list. I think it may be time to start.

I'm not telling my friends and family for them to wholesale me their house. I'm telling them so they can spread the word to an acquaintance or possibly even known someone willing to sell.

@Lydia T. I was doing banner signs until the city informed me I was breaking the law. I am now doing the direct mail. I'm starting to tell my friends and family members about my Real Estate Wholesale Business. Should I tell them as if I've done way more deals the actuality.?
