Hi Ann, i am a local investor here In the Kansas City Market. I rehab and buy and hold. I find deals every month as I have a marketing team who finds my deals. I’m interested in hearing more about how you pull in leads? I am currently looking into rehabbing full time and will need consistent quality leads. I’ve used paid per click and all leads seem to be dead leads. I’d like to connect

Hi Toby, I’m a investor in the Kansas City area. Wichita is a good market. But I still think Kansas City KS and Mo has the best rental market. Market is continuously stable and rents well. What is your expertise? I’d like to possibly connect. I rehab and also buy and hold.

Have you tried hosting on AirBNB? Or any other travel platform? I’m assuming you are in a desirable area if you are close to Disney. I would consult with an AirBNB or Vrbo host and even look at the other hosted property in that area and see what is renting and the design etc.

I am looking to raise more capital to scale my real estate business in 2021. I specialize in rehab/construction. Looking into rehabbing 10-15 more properties per year. Looking for a private partner. I am open to ideas and terms.

Sounds like you two are a good source. I have put in an offer in my first on a STR at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. I am needing some assistance on expected cash flow and maybe some advice on what to look out for and make sure I structured the deal right with partner.
