One you can trust ! Clients meet with the Attorney to sign the documents; one of them being, "Power of Attorney" !

I'm a Licensed  Independent Insurance Agent and I came to Real Estate Investing from the Perspective of  Investing In Tax Deeds !  I'm very interested in the Tax Deed Market and in the Opportunities that exist in Overbids regarding Tax Deeds. I know in Baltimore a lot of Land Lords are Buying Houses and are renting out the rooms. Each room for $400.00 / $450.00 per room ! But the Tenants pay rent weekly $100.00 per week. And I starting doing the math on these and was mind blown !

I would only buy Tax Deeds, a safer bet than buying a note. Tax Deeds & Work Overbids.
