Tim, I'm using PhoneBurner now but its a single line dialer.  Are you using the triple line dialer feature in MOJO?  What made you choose MOJO over the other dialers?

Is anyone using the "Pre Foreclosure" filter on the Realist section of Northstar MLS, with success? It appears the are listed on here as "Pre-Foreclosure" AFTER the sheriff's sale and I'd like to contact them before the sale occurs.

What's the commission split?  What are my monthly costs? What kind of training is available?  Do you provide leads?  Do you provide any other services?

Investment Info:

Office Space buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Purchased an office for my own business but all my employees decided they wanted to work from home, so now I rent it out for $2,000 per month which cashflows $200 and will be paid off in about 5 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was forced upon me but ended up working out fine.

How did you finance this deal?
