I now rent out my old office for $2,000 per month

Investment Info:

Office Space buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Purchased an office for my own business but all my employees decided they wanted to work from home, so now I rent it out for $2,000 per month which cashflows $200 and will be paid off in about 5 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was forced upon me but ended up working out fine.

How did you finance this deal?
