Really .. haven’t heard about flipping vacant lands. Are they within subdivisions or unrestricted lands?

Andrew, thanks for checking. We're in researching mode right now, there are several places on the same road that are doing boat/RV storage already, not sure if that'd be a good idea to jump in. Another good news I just got is that the City y has plan to widen the road which will eventually increase the value of the property.
