RV STORAGE QUESTION

Hello Long time listener first time caller. I was recently able to close on 2.5 acres of properly zoned land to establish an RV/Boat storage facility on. The land was purchased on a seller finance terms. The county permitting process is rather lengthy and pricey. I can cover the permitting process. My question is, can anyone point me in the right direction as far as financing the construction costs form the project. It's essentially going to be chain link fencing, gate, gravel, and minor landscaping. Thanks for any input.

@Jason Vo

I found the land the land I'd like to purchase, have a plan in place, but currently looking at finance options. That's my biggest friction point. As I mentioned before, I am versed in SFRs, just not so much in this area.
