Property manager suggestions in Southern Maryland? Bryan's road area, Charles County

Rough with work but I'm going to find a way to get there after I settle into the new WV house.

The one thing is a great book. I think I'll read it again actually.  I'm moving up to WV any input on decent cash flow areas? 

I'm moving up to Harper's ferry area and I'll be shifting my focus more towards the Hagerstown/ Frederick/ WV area.  Probably still do work in bmore on the flip side of things as it's still hot right now but I'm definitely interested in getting the lay of the land for Frederick/Hagerstown
