We are open to both options. I'd prefer have a company do this for us unless it's simple enough to run on our own. Your thoughts? Most would probably agree thst doing real estate should be our primary focus.

Hi BP, Looking for reputable sources to get our digital marketing going. Can anyone steer us in the right direction? My wife is a new real estate agent looking for listings and buyers. We are also looking to build our investment portfolio by marketing for motivated sellers. Jason

Hi BP, I have an appointment with a homeowner who is in pre-foreclosure with an auction date set in May. I discovered that the property is listed with a realtor and still has an auction date set. the property looks like it is in very good condition based on the listing pictures. according to my sources the property has approximately 200k in equity and is holding a current value at around 600k. I do not know if there was any urgency on the homeowners side yet to get out of the property. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

The company that created my solo also recommended Solera.

Admittedly I am bit hesitant to use a branch I can't walk into. How do you like there services and are you local to them?

Hi BP,

My wife and I will be attending out first networking event hosted by a hard money lender in our area. We are looking for general advice about what to expect, things to do to prepare, or topics of discussion. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I did just that and then amended that the funds were from a hard money lender. Regardless of being self directed of not the bank did not have any concerns about my penalties for touching 401k money. Self directing your money is the correct way to do it.

Hi Kevin,

Looking forward to making this meeting.

This is great information. Much appreciated. Our goal here is be able to invest our 401k in real estate. Yes as you pointed out we are finding the big named brokers like etrade and scottrade do not offer such programs.
