I have worked specifically with Paul Osborn at Bell Foster Johnson and Watkins and he does a great job if you're looking for a specific name.  

As a side note, if you're looking for a good title company - Juanita Dodd with Beach Abstract does a great job as well.  Just closed on two houses with her, and she was very helpful, hardworking, and quickly responsive.

I have not invested yet, but it was very easy to sign up.  I'm just waiting for a deal that I like before investing.  There is a 30 day cool off period where you can't invest after you sign up, but you can be exempted from this if you have a phone discussion with one of the realty shares staff.  They will call you and answer any questions you may have about the site.  I talked with one of the reps for about 45 minutes.  It was quite helpful and informative.  He asked just a few questions, and then exempted me.
