Hello BP, I am currently looking to refinance out of my first BRRRR property. The property is in a LLC. I want to remove the property out of the LLC & put it in my name solely. Can anyone help me with the action steps needed to do this?

I have a house that i will be putting under contract to help a family member out and I’m looking to wholesale the deal. What are some good ways to advertise the deal to cash buyers?

A little insight, aiming to get the house under contract for $150k ARV: $300-324k

20 years old with about $30k saved up.. want to invest what’s the best and smartest thing to do with it??

@Paul Vu i believe the 200 was post tax.. being that it was net cash flow
