I, being new myself, was considering a GURU approach. I have looked at several programs. I was skeptical about each one. I have found a plethora of knowledge and assistance right here on BP. The education is practical and affordable. The tools that are offered are exceptionally useful and user friendly. After reading so many posts about GURUs....I decided to join BP and educate myself. I am working with a local guy now that is helping me find deals. I have located sources of possible funding for the deals that I find. When I came to BP I had no idea of where to even start. My wife and I are analyzing deals with the calculators to filter through the possibilities. I am learning "lingo", for me it is like a foreign language. In a nut shell, BP is helping me grow closer to my REI goals and its priced under 300 bucks. There are answers to questions that I didn't even know to ask. If you do your DUE DILIGENCE right here on BP I feel you will learn everything you need to know. Besides, this is where all the successful investors are!!

I am new so what would be the requirements to obtain one of your loans?  I love in NC and would be interested in Single and multi family flips.

I am looking at purchasing a MHP on 2.5 acres in rural Robeson county NC. It has 4 mobile homes (older ones) on it and 2 are currently occupied.  The asking price was 98k but I negotiated it to 73k with $6250 down and $1000 per month for 8.5yrs. There is room for at least 2 maybe 4 more homes. That would be about 3500- 4k rent per month once they were in place. I know the price is a little steep. I intend to make another counter offer. This would be my very first deal. It's enticing because the owner financing. To everyone on BP, how does this look to you guys?

Thanks Tomm, I am interested in investing in rentals also some fix and flips because I have a construction background and skills. Everyone here on BP that I've chatted with seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful....I need that

Hello everyone, my name is Jason Hammonds. I am from Lumberton NC. I have always had an interest in RE. I recently lost my JOB and while searching for another I decided I would try RE. I stumbled across an ad online for a real estate investing course that includes marketing the school. Renatus is the name of the school. Since I am extremely new I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this type of thing...is the education they offer worth the price.....is this a good way to enter the business? I would love to hear from you all.....
