I'm 32 living paycheck to paycheck in San Diego and have nothing to really show for it. I make $60-70,000 a year as well as an hvac service technician, my plan is to move in with some family, save about $10,000 and move back to Florida and get an fha for a triplex and live in it and fix it up. Has anybody else started in there 30s that was living check to check? Thankyou.

im 32 and tired of living check to check. im originally from ny but ive been living in cali for about a year. i basically make enough to survive on my own but with no extra money to invest. besides that the market is very high out here. im thinking of moving to florida where i have some family and friends and just put down like $5-6000 on a cheap $60-70,000 home to get started. live in it and fix it up while i live in it, im very handy as well. i already have a job opening in FL i can take. i just need to start somewhere. my credit is not great either but not horrible. any help or guidence investing in Fl is greatly appreciated.
