Hey Jason - phenomenal, welcome! OH is a really great market right now, we're advising a lot of our clients to look that way considering the potential cash flow. Let me know if you have any questions on anything. 

At my previous job, I had a supervisor who had bought a bunch of properties during the recession of '08 and we ended up just chatting a lot. We worked in close proximity to each other and there was a good amount of downtime so we were able to spend a lot of time on the clock analyzing deals. 

Oftentimes I think finding a mentor is better just in your immediate network, people you already know who happen to already have properties. 

But ultimately I think a mentor is kind of overrated - I ended up having to learn a lot of the stuff on my own anyway, he just gave me a few pointers here and there.
