Thanks for the encouragment @Joshua D. I like the idea of buying really low in a good area and still pricing for a profit at a price that will get a lot of looks.

@Mike Wood Thanks for the comment Mike. I don't really intend on doing a lot of them. I would get one to start and a second would have to be a really good cashflow deal. I did have 2 bedroom flat before and they did well. The family going thing is something that I did not think about. This area is really diverse as far as family, seniors, singles etc.

I'm looking for rentals in the Redford Michigan area. My budget isn't very high (30k) and some 2 bedrooms keep showing up in searches. My question is "it worth getting started with 2 bedrooms with the pros and cons that come with them"? Don't hesitate to list them. I have rental experience in the past and I think it might be a pretty good way to get some Cashflow going as I restart and grow my portfolio. Help me out. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your comments.

I would say keep your options open. It is better to use other peoples money when buying. That way you let your money work for you.
