Done being a looker and talker ready to get my feet wet.
Have been househacking with roommates, they are moving on in the next few months so looking for new opportunities.
Trying to decide if I should flip or get into rentals. Parents are in commercial leasing, residential development, apartment rentals and listing anything. They have their thoughts, I have mine. I am shortsighted at this current point in my life. Flips sound like me.
