Pros & Cons 2 Bedroom Rentals

I'm looking for rentals in the Redford Michigan area. My budget isn't very high (30k) and some 2 bedrooms keep showing up in searches. My question is "it worth getting started with 2 bedrooms with the pros and cons that come with them"? Don't hesitate to list them. I have rental experience in the past and I think it might be a pretty good way to get some Cashflow going as I restart and grow my portfolio. Help me out. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your comments.
