@Gabe Ledo

I just listened to a the BP Podcast Episode 167 where @Brandon Turner talked to Kevin who cracked open his phone book and/or got a list of  banks in his area and called all 50.

In the end the investor was able to find 1 banker who was willing and able to work with him. Kevin also funded his early purchases with his credit card.

Have you gone to these great lengths to fund your deals?

Essentially, exhaust all options.

A smart lady one said: Ain't nobody got time for that.

If I waited until I had $100k in the bank, I'd surely be too old and conservative to make the moves I am making now.

Buying my first triplex in oh.... 125 days.

Each day I am taking huge concepts and breaking them down into bite size pieces so I can understand.

Can I meet my goal?

Will I be able to find a profitable piece of property?

Only time will tell.

@Timothy Metra. I am so excited for you.

I plan on buying my first triplex in 125 days and finance it using an FHA loan and rehabbing it with a 203k.

There is always a way. Regardless of your work schedule etc.

Your scenario presents creative opportunities to make the deal STILL benefit you after property management (if you need one) and professional tenant screening services. You just have to look for a deal that will accommodate YOUR needs.

Here's a secret: It exists.

Be creative. Use your mind. Seek financial freedom.

@Sourabh Bora I'm originally from CT and it is wonderful to hear about how much you enjoyed your stay. I wish you luck.

I'm trying really hard to convince my father who lives in CT to start educating himself so he can start looking for deals to.

Good for you, you've got a "leg up" in the game :D

@Gabriel Barrero

Good luck! I'm looking to do the same thing I'm Buying a Triplex in 135 Days.

But I'm going to house hack one of the units, for myself to live in, and then keep the triplex as my first buy and hold.

Go @Derek Rocco for taking the plunge.

Lots of folks don't.

I'm buying my first triplex in 126 days and am learning as much as I can to get there.

Reading about your experience (and everyone else's response) has helped me understand just a bit more.
