Hey Brian, I don't have the answer for you. 

But this is a good question. 

It feels like most investors are either a realtor themselves or their partner is. 

Have you heard of the website Privy.com? 

Apparently, it gives investors a type of MLS access, without the real-estate license. But I'm not 100-percent.

Anyways, I can't wait to hear what the BP experts have to say.
