Hello, I am having troubles with getting things going in my real estate career so far. Its about to be a year since I’ve been in real estate and so far Ive only closed one deal.... This year has basically been a learning experience for me. But the way I’m feeling at this point is very frustrating and confused. I don’t know what to do at this point. I put more money into real estate than what Ive made so far this year and I just don’t want to continue with this journey. I don’t know if I should go to another company or if its just me. Its also hard for me because Im balancing another job I hate with a passion with real estate. But right now I am feeling very alone and Im just hoping some experienced agents could maybe reach out to me through here or via email/text/mobile ANYTHING.... with just some advice or guidance. Thank-you guys!

Im paying about 80$ a month for leads on Realtor.com.

Hi, My name is Jasmine Williams Ive been a licensed realtor since December. I am obviously still new to the business and need help generating business(TIPS?). Ive always been told to let friends and family and ppl I just randomly meet know what I do which is real estate. Which I do. I closed my first deal in August. Which came from a Zillow Lead. But Im starting to think im wasting my money paying for zillow/Realtor.com leads monthly. They send me leads but out of all of them theres probably one or 2 good ones. So with this being my first year in real estate I feel like im spending more money in real estate than I am making which I cant keep doing! Any help or Advice will work. Thankyou ! 

So Im 18 years old. Just became a realtor not too long ago. And I just need some tips on beginning in the business. Like what are some things i could do get clients ? And what are things I shouldnt do? And how to gain clients.

Awh thanks Guys Especially you Scott I'm glad I read your comment on the day I'm RETAKING the exam which is today. Hopefully I pass this time thanks to all.

I live in Michigan I failed my Real Estate Exam on 1st attempt. I'm pretty sad about it I don't know what to. You need an 80% to Pass I ended up get a 69% I would've had it if I got 11 more questions right. But it's whatever WHAT SHOULD I DO???

I've finally completed the course. Now I'm on to doing a little studying of my own now. Does anyone know any tips or strategies I could use on the exam? And is there a specific topic on the exam that I should really study ALOT that mostly covers the full exam? I'm pretty scared unfortunately.....

I'm taking my class next month and I'm just curious when your a new agent how do you get clients besides contacting friends/family. I know open houses are great for that but do your brokerage provide you with clients? Or do you just get out there and market yourself and find your own clients. 

I live in Michigan, I wanted to know who should I hang my licence with. I was leaning towards Keller Williams, but I was talking to real estate agent who works for a local brokerage in the Grosse Pointe Community and he said KW reality does a lot of sharing with the commission and that's not so good because you want majority of your commission. So I need help on choosing !

yeah I would suggest a Lawyer !
