Post: Out of state investing?

Hello All,

Fairly new into real estate investing no deals have been done just massive research and knowledge I want to soak up before making any moves.

However, I am interested in buying property out of state then renting it out. I live in San jose,CA ( Silicon Valley) and the cost of houses out here are outrageous and out of budget for me. I was thinking since houses of state are more affordable it would be a better route ( still considering the neighborhood as well)  I just want to know any major points  i should consider?

Thank you =)

I'm new to real estate investing / wholesaling but I would like to expand my knowledge and hopefully Shadow someone through a deal? Or like what the step by steps may be during the process. I've read many books,& listening to YouTube, podcasts etc.. but you can only get so much from the Internet as opposed to being there in real life scenarios

Hello all i'm getting started out into real estate investing and would like to get as much as knowledge and experience as possible. So i was wondering if getting a real estate license would benefit me? If so.. what the steps would be to obtain it, is there like online classes? i have no background in real estate at all but i feel like having one would grant me access to a lot more information that i could use in my future endeavors
