Thats awesome! I am a newbie and I am seriously considering this being my first buy! I do have a few questions though.

1. How much rehabbing did you have to do? Was this covered by the funding/loan, etc.?

2. How long did you take for you to get renters after purchasing and rehabbing? 

3. Did you post the need for roommates before or after the rehab? I am assuming after, though. 

I cannot wait to get started!
