HELLO EVERYONE,

I’m a Real Estate Agent/Investor in the Phoenix Metro. I’m looking to purchase my second property as a Multifamily House Hack in the Tempe/Chandler/Mesa locations. I know the market has appreciated greatly but what strategies are you guys using to make the numbers work?

THANKS

@andrew

@Andrew Syrios Thanks so much Andrew the market I’m in is pretty expensive but I know I can afford it with great income, no debt, great credit, and cash reserves. But for the numbers to work I would probably have to travel a few miles outside the area I want to be in to make sure the numbers work.

Thanks

Only 3.5% down and good rates. You just got to live there a year. But if you're house hacking, that's baked into the cake already.

Good luck!

Hello everyone I’m Jarvis also known as “The Gator”’in the Phoenix Real Estate market. I have been doing Real Estate resale for two years now. It’s finally time to put my hard earned money to work to create passive income for the future. I’m looking into the buy and hold/house hack strategy with 2-4 unit multifamily properties. Any advice?

Thanks
