READY FOR MY FIRST DEAL!!!!
Hello everyone I’m Jarvis also known as “The Gator”’in this Real Estate market. I have been doing Real Estate resale for two years now. It’s finally time to put my hard earned money to work to create passive income for the future. I’m looking into the buy and hold/house hack strategy with 2-4 unit multifamily properties. Any advice?
Thanks

Congrats Again Jarvis,
I've been researching to do the same and pull the trigger by Fall 2021. Was informed that a majority of small MF are concentrated in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, and Glendale. Though deals could be hard to find and an alternative could be HH a SF with an ADU or "Casita". Still shooting for more doors with more cashflow potential. ~Cheers.
