Welcome! Small world lol. I live in Bowling Green and I work alongside of your colleagues and I'm sure you, soon enough. I'm a restoration contractor. We should connect some time to talk about these outside ventures. I am already in various areas. Shoot me a message some time, and who are you working for or what company are you?

Thanks

Basically we are licensed contractor that has an emphasis on insurance claims.

For instance we understand the protocol, lingo, insureds rights, etc when it comes to making insurance claims. As well as the time frames, limitations, and duties that are required by insurance carriers and adjusters. When someone has a claim on their property, I tell them if you do not have a reputable and educated contractor its like going into a deposition without an attorney.

Hey everyone I wanted to give out this information. I am very well versed in insurance policies for residential, commercial, industrial and multifamily policies and restoration. My company has a main focus in the roofing industry but I help a lot of clients across the country with their insurance claims repairs. Many times, claims you did not know you had! This can greatly benefit your bottom line by deferring maintenance. If you should have something in the above mentioned states feel free to contact me. Should I have not listed the state I am sure I can still prove vital in the consulting side of things. I recently purchased a property where the claim was at around $3,200. After my evaluation, I have identified damages over $20,000 and this was only a one story 3000 sqft home. We are currently contracted on over 150 property claims ranging from hail, wind, fire and water losses. I am a small family business with national knowledge and when I find the right partner in a commercial purchase outlook I have some great insight for major advantages into purchasing! Just curious as I have had this happen. I'll tell you this brief story and you take whatever, if anything from it you can. I bought REO home with partner I put up all cash, he does the rehab work. We split the profits 60/40 Property in my name and his name He ends up in lawsuit, they place lien on property due to his name on deed. I was unable to go out and sell property unless the debt from creditor with lien was paid off first. Finally decided to pay creditor out of my pocket $10,000 with contract that he would walk away later. Finally sold the house, luckily and made some money! But it was a headache. I know this probably doesn't help but just a scenario you could hopefully protect yourself from.

I would be even inclined to travel from either my Owensboro or Bowling Green offices. I am in the restoration and roofing business. I have had extensive experience in insurance claims consulting with multifamily, commercial, industrial and residential. Along with a pretty decent source of references in multiple states doing roofing work. I'm currently on an industrial/commercial flip and just purchased my first actual "home" (one I'm going to live in) Always love to learn more and I love having experienced mentors at my age of 31. Keep me posted if willing to invite

Huge opportunity.

Bowling Green KY Inter-Modal Transpark. I have a 4 bed / 2.5 bath Brick home (remodeled January 2016) sitting on ~6.25 acres. This property is centrally located north side of Bowling Green within the transpark! Neighbor is Bilstein, a specialty parts factory from Germany. Interstate 65 is currently building an expansion highway running right in front of my property. Access to the property is by 31W or through the transpark! Huge potential for multifamily, retail, storage facility, repair shop for equipment or semi tractor trailers. The options are endless. The transpark owns the rest of the property in the area and are selling with a minimum acreage and a non-negotiable price per acre. This property will not stop in going up in value!

Currently priced at $349,900

Have interest from neighboring factories and price will go up as interest and developments progress/incur.

I've managed to work myself in on several flips in the past few years. Acquired a very nice property in an up and coming Industrial transpark. Then just last month was approached to buy the home I've been wanting for 3 years. Looking to come off my transpark property and dedicate the funds to my first purchase that I am actually going to live in! Very exciting times ahead. I'm located in Bowling Green KY
