I have lived in the beautiful city of Bowling Green, Kentucky more than twenty years and consider it my home. Just for reference I am about 50 miles north of Nashville, TN. I am entering my early 30's and a proud graduate of Western Kentucky University . Consider me strange but I am one of the rare few that I truly love my day job with a large insurance company as a territory claims adjuster. However, I want to expand my streams of revenue with REI with most interest towards single or multifamily buy and hold. I'm hoping to put the BRRR model to action with self managing. The last couple years have been spent absorbing as much knowledge as I could on investing but I have made the commitment of action this year, including making a presence on this forum. I have a solid carpentry background and hope to utilize this with rehabs. On a personal note I enjoy spending time with my growing family, tinkering with rusty old cars, and hobby woodworking. I am excited to meet and network with fellow local investors and real estate professionals.
