I've managed to work myself in on several flips in the past few years. Acquired a very nice property in an up and coming Industrial transpark. Then just last month was approached to buy the home I've been wanting for 3 years. Looking to come off my transpark property and dedicate the funds to my first purchase that I am actually going to live in! Very exciting times ahead. I'm located in Bowling Green KY
