Hi everyone,

I am currently moving to Boston and am eager as ever to learn this market. I understand the areas around Boston such as Watertown, Sommervile, Medford etc are desired places to live and becoming more and more expensive everyday. I was wondering how current or past investors in the area created their start, and any advice they would give in reguards to starting off in a expensive area. I am open to all and advice.

Hey everyone,

I was wondering how to find out which foreclosures are being auctioned off at your local courthouse or town hall. I tried looking online and in the newspaper and seemed to come up empty handed. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places or with the wrong phrases. Any suggestions on how to locate this information?

Hi Everyone,

My name is Jared and I'm a new to the bigger pockets forum. I'm a young professional interested in moving into real estate. My biggest barrier to entry at the moment is my lack of money. I know there are many ways to invest with little and no money and wanted to know how people went about doing this. My business plan is to acquire rental properties over the years to produce a solid cash flow income.  I would love to hear how everyone attacks this problem.

Glad to be a new member,

Jared
