Hi everyone. I'm an agent from North Alabama and I deal strictly in commercial property so I don't have much time to research residential properties. I am looking to build a professional relationship with realtors or legitimate wholesalers that can help source deals. I am specifically looking at four plexes right now in Alabama or the Tampa, Florida area. I can search the MLS myself so I'm basically looking for quality pocket listings or off market deals (just like everybody else, lol). Hey guys and gals. I was wondering if anyone has a contact in North Alabama or nearby that knows VA lending inside and out. My wife and I are planning on doing some house hacking and I would prefer to have some expert advice before we go this route. We are interested in hacking four plexes and then refinancing with an IRRL to get my entitlement back, then rinse and repeat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks @Jeff Wallenius!  That's great advice.  My wife and I have been ironing out our initial strategy for the past several weeks and I believe if we follow through with one step at a time like you suggest, we'll succeed.  We're pretty much about to be "all in" here soon and looking forward to the journey.  Thanks again for the encouragement.
