@Christopher Rodriguez Thanks!  I'm not sure what the google play store is, but I am on iTunes, Stitcher & Soundcloud... so that pretty much covers it.  What methods of advertising are you referring to?  I have just been promoting it on social media for the most part.  Messed around w facebook ads for a while which were mildly unsuccessful.

@Kyle Gregg @JR Hinds I actually just started my own podcast called 'Flip.'  I am a huge fan of the BP podcast, and it really skyrocketed my knowledge and fire for real estate when I started learning in 2011.  The podcast basically just follows me through a house I am flipping, while I teach the basics.  (I am an amateur too, so I am still learning... but getting pretty good at the podcasting!)  Give me some feedback, and if you are an active investor, I would love to have you on the show.  I even interviewed BP's own J Scott in my recent episode.  The iTunes link to Flip is below in my signature.  Enjoy, and any feedback is much appreciated! :)  Also, JR, Tucker Merrihew of the Real Dealz podcast came on my show for an interview... he has an excellent podcast called The Real Dealz Podcast, which I would reccomend to you especially, because Tucker is one of the biggest players in Portland, Oregon.

 @Daniel Ryu Thanks man I really appreciate the love!  I'm not even sure how many people on BP know about it, but its gained a ton of traction the past 2 weeks... Trying to get the word out on linkedin and facebook actually has been semi-successful, and getting interviewed on other podcasts have helped.  Send me a DM w your email & skype and I will answer any questions that you have about podcasting & the group I am in, equipment, etc.  I am trying my best to keep everyone updated but have good interviews at the same time.  I am going to do more the next few weeks.  Stay tuned I guess.. lol.  Until then get the word out on social media about Flip! @Daniel I... man you seriously made my night!  I am right in the middle of editing the @J Scott episodes, but I really am doing this to pay it forward.  I found @Brandon Turner & @Joshua Dorkinas great resources in 2011, but I try to plug BP any chance I get because I couldn't have done it without them.  Not only the educational push with the information & value provided, but the risk-taking push... seeing all those other investors who have taken the leap.  Something I haven't said in my podcast, is that within the two months since I quit my job February 6, 2015, dozens of attorneys have been let go from my former firm.  People text me all the time and tell me 'you got out at the right time.'  Anyways, spread the love on social media as we are still a very small community.  You can add me on FB & I am also on Twitter & Instagram @JaredLichtin.
