Strategy would be to fix & hold. Possibly refinance out if I could find a lender who would cash out refi into a somewhat manageable interest rate.

I would put a few grand into this thing to bullet proof it, and keep it as a rental. I dont care if the value declines as long as it had steady renters. 

Ben- Would you buy another in this neighborhood for the right price?

Hi All,

This deal looked interesting so I just tied it up. Brick home, well kept neighborhood, ect.

I could either take it down, or wholesale it. I have the contract for less than 12k. 

Can anyone tell me about the area? Thanks!
