Can I get an equity loan for my current home and use the money as a down payment when purchasing a new home?

How high are interest rates on equity loans?

I am currently studying to get my PA real estate agent license. I read that you have to register with a broker for 3 years. Will someone please clarify, do I need to work for 3 years for a broker? Im a bit unclear what happens once you pass the state exam and exactly what need to do.

The reason I want my license is only for my own houses when I buy and sell them.

@Cameron Tope do you recommend any lenders that dont have the 12 month requirement? 

I have a primary and investment I just refinanced both of them. I need to buy a new home to make it primary but I was told by my lender Because I just refinanced I need to wait 12 months in order ti buy a new home.  Is this true?

Im looking to buy in Lower Moreland township in PA. That area is usually min $400K and up but sometimes there are houses in the $300-$350K. Any idea how/when are the houses cheaper so I can get something on the $300s?

I have 2 condos, 1 primary and 1 rental. Looking to by a single home as primary. Can you get approved by letting the lender know that once I buy the single home I will rent out the condo currently residing?

Currently taking courses to get my RE license. Once I get the license, do I get to see more listings than whats put there on Zillow/Redfin? Would the prices be cheaper?

On a refinance, I have been charged 1.360% on points bringing the interest rate down to 2.999%. How would I figure out the started adjusting interest rate? 

The 75 hours is divided in 30 hours PA fundamentals and 45 hours of practice. My question is: are the 45 hours just a repeat and you just practice all what you learned on the 30 hours course?
