I wouldn't rely on Zillow. Maybe try realtor.com and look at the local craigslist

In Baltimore city check out areas near Johns Hopkins and Morgan state

Great question! I was wondering the same and am interested in feedback. I do know someone who bought specifically for this purpose in the Fells Point area. Too soon to say how it's going so far.
