Pigtown seems to be coming back, station north, Remington, Near Johns Hopkins hospital or University. For buy and hold o hot area is not necessary and may be detrimental depending on your specific strategy. 

Keep in mind "Hot" areas may have high demand from buyers and it is easy to sell. There is also a lot of competition and the margins can get thin,
