Who are the top wholesalers in DFW? I try and keep an active list, have 33 wholesalers on it and would like to add to it. Which wholesalers do you work with? If anyone would like my list be glad to share it.

I'll note your contact info. I had a wholesaler in Florida recently who got under contract with no buyer. I was going to JV with her to help her with EMD, but she was already too far into the inspection period with no buyer, so the money would have gone hard.

I'm not a wholesaler, but I do work with them. It sounds like you help wholesalers dispo their deals. I usually JV with a wholesaler to help them with their EMD or for a double close. About 2/3 of the deals fall through or go nowhere because they get under contract but have no pool of buyers that they work with. I won't JV with them if they are halfway through the inspection period and have no buyer identified. I'll be sure to mention your company as an option.
