its not important what we think it what You think..was the floor in disrepair  were there , 30 ,50 kids  or just 15 kids there... do they now forfit their security, face, eviction and a police investigation for property damage..check social media for evidence.. and will it force you to go thru ur home owners ins

@Jay Hinrichs maybe we are missing the boat..it cant hurt to protect your passive income..with a non binding partnership. and considering the tenant may already have child support or debt collection taken out ..this is just another deduction ..another upside if the tenant looses their job we get a heads from the employer and not blindsided by being 4 months behind if offer is rejected..its rejected..but if the employer agrees..it a new avenue to pursue
