Hello Adam,

Generally, Central and North Florida housing prices are lower than South Florida housing prices.

For a vacation rentals, Central Florida is a good area because Walt Disney World is a popular tourist destination.

It will be unlikely to find a move in ready single family residence that can be marketed as a vacation rental for under $100k.

For $100k, you should look for vacation condo rental.
