I have 2 sfr in Cleveland that i would be interested in selling. I bought one from Brian Bagnall and another from the property manager of the first property. I can send some specifics if interested

I had the same issue initially when I bought a 4-plex. But I asked the owner to complete the meter installation. I believe that the tennants have more skin in the game when they pay the water bill. I know it is a large expense, but it pays off in the end.

I am looking to buy a couple of empty lots off the Garden District and put some small (1300 sq ft) houses on the lots. The market is changing a little to more of a buyers market. Any opinions of how or if i should proceed?

The offer price for this deal is 2.9 million.  interest only loan for 20 months.  Then I have to refinance.  The seller will not move off 3.3 million.  I think it is to much  any thoughts
