I have lots of cash available for investing. Would love to network with wholesalers who can bring me deals in Windsor, Bloomfield, East Hartford, Glastonbury, West Hartford and Wethersfield.

@Salim Douglas There are lots of properties in Hartford that are available but most are rat holes that need a lot of work especially in the northend.

@Quincy Roundtree Did you ever make it to Windsor CT? I live in the next town over. Finding deals take a lot more energy compared to other parts of the United States.

@David Noskiewicz Would love to hear about deals in West Hartford, Bloomfield and Windsor. Ideal would be for us to find a deal in the next week or two. I have lots of undeployed capital and want to get going on a deal before Thanksgiving.

Anyone happen to know of websites that provide detailed foreclosure data that do not require a credit card?

@Filipe Pereira I am familiar with the concept of wholesalers but have yet to identify any that will bring good deals. There is a facebook group targeting my area where they seem to post a lot of garbage opportunitities where profit is not possible.
