Hello Everyone,

My name is James. I am 19 years old and an economics student attending University of Connecticut. I am looking to invest/flip my first property and have struggled to find opportunities in the Hartford CT area. As I am a student, I do not own a credit card which makes it challenging to get information off websites. If you know of sites that show full complete addresses and contact information, I would love to know about them. 

My dad is willing to help me invest in my first property to get my business off the ground.

@James McGovern, welcome to BP. I own a few rental properties in Middletown and Meriden. Now is a tough time to buy as the market is very hot, but there are always deals out there if you stay persistent. I am a recent college grad myself and now work full time in addition to investing. Feel free to reach out.
