@Lydia T. Thank you so much for the reply!! We are young and hungry and I definitely agree with you! Right now we are looking to JV with someone if that's the way to our first deal! However, daily we are reaching out to property owners looking for a deal!

@Mark Sewell thank you for the reply! At the moment me and my business partners don’t have the capital to invest so wholesaling was our way to gain it. My credit score is great and we would love to Jv with someone!

Hello everyone! Me and my business partners have been working towards getting our first wholesale deal for a few months now. We are not discouraged, but we are eager for knowledge and any kind of helpful advice! Our main marketing strategies have been DFD, cold calls, craigslist and we have bought one list off of listsource. We have walked a couple of properties at this point and talked to a lot of homeowners, but have not gotten anything under contract yet. We are open for working with other people on a JV or just learning whatever we can! Thank you in advance!!
