I am sure that someone has mention it by now. If not, Podio! I have been using that with my team for about 8 months now and it is amazing! Considering that we use the free version and the amount of things it allows you to do. The paid version is not that expensive, but the free version fits our needs for now. The program is very easy to use and allows you to customize to your liking! I hope that helped! Good luck!!

Hello, BP family!

I have been surrounding myself with real estate since November of last year. I have learned many things a long the way. One thing for sure is that you will learn very quickly whether real estate is for you or not! The more that I get into it the more I fall in love with it! I am currently a wholesaler looking to make money in order to do my own investments. I work part time as a teller, but I am considering getting my real estate license. I wanted to ask you guys from experience, would you recommend getting the license and joining a team? I know that everyone's situation is different, but in general would you say that it helped you in the long run or set you back?

Thank you guys in advance!!!

I am looking for a good text blasting tool. One that someone has used in the past or still uses now. As of now, we are making cold calls, buying lists and driving for dollars. We are looking to start a texting campaign. Does anyone have any suggestions?

@Hubert Deng @Hubert Deng Welcome and congratulations!! I am out in Houston, Tx! I do wholesaling at the moment to gain capital for the BRRRR method! I wanted to let you know about an opportunity that may not be for you, but it's based out of your area and it's pretty inexpensive!

At the beginning of the year, a couple of business partners and myself bough a program called, “Make real estate real”. It was created by Jemal King. He and Eric Thomas are guys that I follow who are phenomenal inspirational figures. Jemal’s program walks you through real estate investment strategies and gives you access to his team that’s based in Chicago! I thought that might be able to help you out!

Other than that, right now I am reading David Greene’s, “Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat”. The book has helped me out a lot!! I bought the audiobook on audible (which wasn’t much) and got a physical copy as well to write on and take notes! Good luck and this group of individuals will help you find everything you need for little to zero costs!

I hear a lot of people say, make a lot of offers weekly. We are making lots of targeted calls a week, but not getting a lot of people willing to sell. Just wondering if there is any advice on how to get more offers out to property owners?
