Hello BP happy holidays!

I have been debating about taking some classes for multiple reasons. To help speed up the process in real estate investing. I’m also extremely self motivated bc of pain my family is going threw! Anybody have a thought or know someone who has taken any classes?

Ken McElroy classes has caught my attention more than others bc of rich dad poor dad!

Thanks for reading!

Bathrooms and the kitchen are the two places that if you upgrade correctly this will do nothing but up the value and create a more desirable place for potential buyers or renters. By upgrading you are adding value to the property! This is how investors make money and other people will just pay for the convenience of the property already being remodeled. Me personally I would remodel it and enjoy it! So when you are ready to rent or sell all you will need to do is a quick paint job! Yes always a quick paint job before a sell or to make it a rental! Why bc it will speed up the process and potentially get you a better renter! Good luck!

I would BRRRR homes and or invest in small multi. You find a partner that does all the leg work and you just act like the bank, loan money for the projects. You could easily start with 2 homes on that budget to keep it moving steadily! Buy starting the process with one property get it close to finishing start number 2. Get paid for property 1 while number 2 is finishing up and so forth!

Hello BP

I live In the San Diego area, but I’m from Kansas and most of my family lives in the Kansas City area! I have a lot of construction connections in the KC area.

I am looking to find partners to invest with. I am a rock star contractor for about 25 years. I’m currently a project manager of a construction company.

Hello most contractors will have a agreement for you to sign and to go over all the task!  Then make sure all the task you need done on the property are listed on the agreement.

How do you structure the pay out? If I was going to Brrrr a property. For example if I cover rehab cost and partner buys property?

Thanks

Hello BP

I am looking for a residential property management company in the Kansas City area. Thanks for your help!
